We proudly employ thousands of military veterans, active service members, and their family members, and are committed to military-affiliated talent through various recruitment and mentoring initiatives. In 2021, we launched a program with American Corporate Partnership to pair Aramark mentors with veterans in our communities.
I was always told that the transition from military life to civilian life would be a very difficult, filled with challenges and obstacles that I might not be used to dealing with. But my experience with Aramark was nothing like that. From the very first time I sat down with my leaders, the transition was smooth from start to finish. They worked with me from the beginning and continue to mentor me now. I work with great leaders, great associates and I truly believe in our mission here.
