Job Description

This position will report to the Director, Operational Excellence, and work as part of a team to manage product master data, new product requests and deliver data analysis and reporting across various platforms specific to procurement & products.  This position will interact with all levels of the organization, and supports center led strategies and initiatives with decentralized execution across the North America Operations. Supporting the Refreshments line of business. 

Job Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities

  • Maintain product hierarchy and manage new product setup and maintenance requests in Vendsys & MDM
  • Create and implement standard procedures for organizational data evolution requests
  • Lead product data enhancement initiatives including but not limited to product mapping, hierarchy decisions and PIM Management
  • Develop relationships and collaborate with various internal and external partners in support of data enrichment
  • Provide data analytic support & report generation across various platforms specific to procurement & products
  • Develops and maintains expert business knowledge of the applications, processes, and data management requirements supporting Field Operations and Operational Excellence Activities specific to product.

  • Ability to manipulate raw data into functional reports, typically from multiple data sources

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Supply chain or IT field preferred).
  • Strong analytic skills, with an emphasis on interpreting and modeling data (advanced Excel functionality)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues logically and concisely
  • Ability to think creatively and approach a wide variety of issues or projects from new angles.
